These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Unbiased Times website at unbiasedtimes.org and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

The Unbiased Times ("we," "us," or "our") provides AI-generated news summaries and related content designed to present multiple viewpoints on current events. The Service is provided for general informational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are at least 16 years of age and can form a binding contract with us under applicable law. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.

3. AI-Generated Content

3.1 Nature of Content

All news summaries, articles, and related content on the Service are generated by artificial intelligence.

3.2 No Professional Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, medical, financial, investment, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for independently verifying all information from authoritative original sources before relying on or acting upon it.

3.3 Not a Substitute for Journalism

The Service is not a news organization and does not employ journalists. AI-generated content should not be treated as equivalent to professionally reported and editorially reviewed journalism.

4. Content Corrections and Takedown Requests

We are committed to addressing inaccurate or harmful content promptly.

4.1 Correction Requests

If you believe any content on the Service contains factual errors — particularly content that identifies you or your organization — you may submit a correction request to unbiasedtimes@gmail.com. We will review all requests and make reasonable efforts to correct or remove inaccurate content within 96 hours.

4.2 Copyright Takedown (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to unbiasedtimes@gmail.com that includes:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• Identification of the material on the Service that you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it;

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not:

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event will our total aggregate liability exceed $100 USD.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them or the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at unbiasedtimes@gmail.com and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days.

12.3 Jurisdiction

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12.4 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, all claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when these Terms were last revised. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date.
